I got stalled on this one for very long time (obviously), because I had a very hard time trying to pick just one. I would pick one and start, then scrap it and say eh, I'll find another one. In a perfect world, I should not have to explain either of these movies to anyone. Because in said perfect world, these would be mandatory viewing. And don't ever ask me to choose between these two movies, as I would never, ever be able to pick just one as my favorite movie of all time. 3 Cartoon Characters

Short and sweet this morning...a nd these are in no particular order... Ren and Stimpy - As a 90's girl, I adore these two characters. And I am not splitting them up for to do so would be a travesty! Marvin the Martian - I always adored this character but when Geoff would do the voice impersonations for me years ago, I loved it even more. And this one is a duh if you know me at all! Strawberry Shortcake! I used to collect vintage Strawberry Shortcake stuff but all was lost in the non-divorce :(

4 Songs that describe my life

I write a lot about music, but I guess it's a good thing. These challenges like to make you use music in them, and my other blogging group just did a music topic last week. I have quite varied tastes, so expect to see very different stuff posted every time, depending on my mood! #1 Jason Mraz - Plane: You see, in case you aren't aware, I am in love with a man who lives almost 1500 miles away from me. So the lyrics in this song make me sad because I feel them. I feel every second of this song. The good and the bad. Five Things I Can Eat Everyday

So list 5 things I could eat every single day... #1: Tuna. I love tuna. Tuna salad, tuna pasta, tuna helper, throw it in some pita bread...Funny because am not a fan of fish and most other seafood, but give me a can of tuna and I am happy. #2: Cupcakes. Yeah, I could eat these every day. I wouldn't, because then I would blow up but my sweet tooth would be satisfied. #3: Pizza. This looks like a terrible list but again, I am not saying that I do or would! But a hot cheesy pizza with some bacon on it? Heaven... #4: Strawberries. I love them. Juicy and they are currently in season. Ugh, forgot to get some at the grocery store this past weekend. #5: Cereal. I have gone days where I've eaten cereal for dinner or a snack before going to bed. I love me some cereal.

6 Favorite Books

Just so you know - this might be an impossible list. I am a reader...I do nothing but read. Lots and lots and lots. So to pick 6 favorite books is a challenge. I think I will just pick at random, 6 books that I love and would read over and over again. There are definitely books I am leaving out but these are the ones that I can think of at this point in time: 1. Gone With the Wind by Margaret Mitchell: It's a very, very, very long book but I read it over a weekend when I was in Jr. High school, and I've re-read it over several times since then. It's the South! Drama! Action! Romance! Social Change! And yes, the movie is also great but you miss out on so much... 2. The Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling: You really can not split these up, as the series as a whole makes the story. I started reading these early on when a friend who worked at a bookstore recommended I read the first one. Then I had to be impatient and keep waiting for the next to be released. Finishing the las...

Seven Inspirations

I could offer a lengthy apology for not keeping up but guess what - my blog, my rules! Keeping up with my blogging group even if it is only once a week is tough thanks to every day life, but I want to keep this up. So, here are the 7 people who give me the most inspiration. 1. My son: All lists of things that bring me joy will begin with him. Even when he drives me nutty, he fills me with awe. He challenges me as a person because I always have to keep in mind that he is learning and growing every day, and I am helping shape him into the man he will one day become. And his outlook on life, his happiness at such little things inspire me to keep finding new ways to challenge him back. 2. My mom: A single parent, she worked very hard to raise my sister and I, and clearly she did a great job cause I am awesome!
